Carriera is an executive search firm based in Klang, specialising in permanent placement and executive search (headhunting). In line with its expansion, Carriera is looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will be trained in different aspects of recruitment.
- Perform administrative tasks in support of all recruiting efforts
- Draft, prepare and post job advertisements
- Screening of applicants’ resumes
- Compile company information and related materials and distribute to applicants
- Interview and shortlist candidates for clients’ review
- Coordinate interviews
- All other duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to perform with minimal supervision
- Able to multi-task with attention to details
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
- Willing to work in Klang
