Recruitment Assistant – Klang

Company Overview

Carriera is an executive search firm based in Klang, specialising in permanent placement and executive search (headhunting).  In line with its expansion, Carriera is looking for a Recruitment Assistant who will be trained in different aspects of recruitment.

 

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Perform administrative tasks in support of all recruiting efforts
  • Draft, prepare and post job advertisements
  • Screening of applicants’ resumes
  • Compile company information and related materials and distribute to applicants
  • Interview and shortlist candidates for clients’ review
  • Coordinate interviews
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Able to multi-task with attention to details
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • Willing to work in Klang
