HR & Admin Assistant – Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative/clerical and HR related duties
  • Monitor, compile and summarize all hostels’ utilities bills and submit to Finance for payments
  • Assist in payroll and verifying workers’ attendance
  • Assist in issuance of employment ID, stationeries, etc
  • Ensure proper documentation arrangement, record & filing
  • Carry out other adhoc tasks assigned by superior

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Experienced candidates and fresh grads will also be considered
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Languages:  English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Must be willing to work in Klang
