Sales Executive – Port Klang

Company Overview

The company was established in 1989 with the objective to be Malaysia’s leading manufacturer of Bitumen based products – developing and delivering top quality products for the industry.  Its range of products include Waterproofing, Coatings, Roadworks, Compounds and many more.



  • Liaise with customers on product requirements such as provide quotations, invoices, customer delivery requirements, delivery requisitions and etc.
  • To provide support to existing sales and business development team.
  • Able to work together with production team to ensure stock levels are sufficient when there is a need from customer.
  • To ensure product delivery information is provide on time.
  • To be responsible for the arrangement of goods for local customers liaise with local transporters for on time delivery.
  • To be responsible for the arrangement of goods for overseas customers liaise with freight forwarders, local agents and the relevant authorities for on time delivery.
  • To assist in managing digital marketing platforms such as Alibaba platforms, Websites and Google Business with assistance from sales and business development team.
  • To be responsible in editing and updating database of product information materials including technical specification, material, safety and data sheets as and when required by the sales and business development team.
  • Other duties assigned by Senior Sales & Marketing Manager.




  • Diploma in Business Management/Marketing with 1-year working experience or minimum SPM with 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general email etiquette.
  • Able to converse in English and Malay. Candidates who are able to converse in Mandarin and Cantonese will have added advantage.
  • Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
