Receptionist – Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

·        Responding to inquiries including answering calls and directing calls

·        Greeting visitors and preparing refreshment

·        Maintaining manual and electronic filing system for all correspondences and managing all file correspondence

·        Performing various administrative duties example – office support services as required from time to time

·        Ensure that the key-phone system work and function well all the time

 

 

Requirements:

·       Candidates must have at least SPM or equivalent

·       Required language(s): English

·       Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam

·       Willing to work on Sunday

·       Good communication skills and willing to learn
