HR & Admin Executive – Telok Panglima Garang

Company Overview

The company is a Japanese based company, founded in 1994. The company’s line of business includes the manufacturing of electronic components such as antennas, switches, and waveguides.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager in the full spectrum of HR, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, performance management, etc.
  • To perform general admin duties
  • Liaising with related local authorities (eg; JKKP, KWSP, SOCSO, etc.)
  • To work closely with the Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HR, Management or related field
  • At least 1 year of HR experience. Fresh grads will also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, and Word.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang
