The company is a Japanese based company, founded in 1994. The company’s line of business includes the manufacturing of electronic components such as antennas, switches, and waveguides.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in the full spectrum of HR, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, performance management, etc.
- To perform general admin duties
- Liaising with related local authorities (eg; JKKP, KWSP, SOCSO, etc.)
- To work closely with the Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HR, Management or related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience. Fresh grads will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, and Word.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang
