Receptionist – Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries including answering calls and directing calls
  • Greeting visitors and preparing refreshment
  • Maintaining manual and electronic filing system for all correspondences and managing all file correspondence
  • Performing various administrative duties example – office support services as required from time to time
  • Ensure that the key-phone system work and function well all the time

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least SPM or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam
  • Willing to work on Saturday or Sunday
  • Good communication skills and willing to learn
