Logistics Customer Service – Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang

Our client is an established total logistics solution service provider based in Klang. It offers professional logistical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters.

It prides itself with the services it provides its customers with the full backup of solid customer service and support.  The group is looking for a dynamic and committed Customer Service who can further drive the company’s performance.


  • Develop effective customer relationship by providing regular feedback
  • Conduct periodic operational review with customers.
  • Ensure shipment arrangements are made for customers and update shipment status to customers from time to time
  • Serve as liaison between customers and various internal departments and vendors where required
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Maintain adequate records and prepare necessary reports timely
  • Monitor shipment movement; follow up with operations department, compile documents required for operations, follow up and ensure shipment moves smoothly and on time.
  • Execute SOP and instructions assigned by superior
  • Implement customer specific improvement projects as and when required.
  • Work with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Manage projects and coordinate with team members to achieve customer objectives
  • Promptly respond to queries from customers, ensure targets are met and manage expectations



  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Independent with sound knowledge of forwarding
  • Possess problem solving skills
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor
