Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth implementation of quality activities.
  • Ensure inspection is done for on process checking.
  • Hold any on process checking due to quality issue until decide by management.
  • Approve or reject all raw materials, packaging materials, labeling and finished products with Management consent.
  • Approve or reject all procedures, specifications, methods and results.
  • Exist as an audit function within the manufacturing and packaging areas.
  • Review all production records for accuracy and completeness before approving for delivery.
  • Establish procedures for revising procedures & formulas.
  • Perform all required tests for all products through sampling.
  • Identify and train QC inspectors.
  • To take care of all equipment’s calibration, QC equipment maintenance and renewal of compressors.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior form time to time.

 

Requirements:

  • Min 3 to 5 years’ experience in related field.
  • QA & QC knowledge
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001.
  • Able to read & understand technical specification.
  • Able to use technical & measurement tools.
  • Able lead and communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang

Assistant Factory Manager – Port Klang

  • Strong understanding of production in manufacturing
  • Must be able to lead a production crew
  • Managing the production flow and oversee the whole production planning and preparation of raw materials
  • Liaising with purchaser for raw material for production output and maintain optimum stock level at all times
  • Liaise with sales and warehouse department for production planning and material forecast and preventive maintenance schedule planning
  • Managing and supervise a small team 20 -30 operators to conduct the daily production
  • Oversee the daily process parameter and production operation to ensure the finish product in quality assurance and control
  • Work in detail process Improvement failure analysis and process review documentation SOP.
  • Analyze the plant breakdown issue and brainstorming for the trouble shooting as well as preventive maintenance schedule.
  • To ensure the production is align with safety policy.
  • To create an update documentation including work instruction, operation procedure, process control, safety control, quality manual and technical documents.
  • Assist Manager in overall factory operation and machine asset.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in supply-chain management, business management, chemical engineering or with the relevant work experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily purchasing operation functions

Sales Executive – Klang

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all sales enquiries related to order, schedules or general enquiries and customer complaints through phone calls or emails
  • Coordinate with laboratory for the arrangement of calibration services including collection and delivery of equipment/instruments as per customer requirements.
  • Update backorder report and services delivery arrangement status to support sales team and lab department.
  • Prepare quotations and processing of sales order to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure all information stated in every business transaction closure from quotation, customer purchase orders, sales order, invoices and matching of selling price are completely checked and verified.
  • Prepare schedule and periodic sales reports.
  • Distribution of documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Professional Certificate in any field.
  • Basic knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025, well verse with the requirements and procedures
  • Ideally possess Account Management Skill, Administration skills
  • A technical aptitude is preferred, though not a requisite
  • At least one (1) year of working experiences in sales & marketing or related positions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin or proficiency in foreign language(s) would be an added advantage.
